At Lojak, every fragrance is handcrafted and packaged with meticulous care to preserve its purity, artistry, and quality. Each order is custom-prepared, ensuring that you receive a product that embodies the essence of true luxury.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As each product is freshly packed upon order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Perfumes are personal and hygienic products, hence, we cannot resell returned items.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To ensure quick assistance:
- Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
 - Email the video, order number, and details to our support team.
 
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Lojak reserves the right to deny claims that do not include clear unboxing proof or are reported beyond the 24-hour window.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with your unboxing video. We’ll review the case and ensure prompt resolution.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is not possible (for example, if the product is out of stock).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Return Eligibility Summary
We will accept a return only if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
 - You provide a valid unboxing video showing the issue.
 - The complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
