1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays due to courier schedules, weather.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our support team.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take great care to pack our fragrances securely. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Lojak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Lojak will not be responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
